2 Things of note this week….
First, if you want to make your road running feel like a piece of piss, try trail running through mud for a change…..
That’s what I did this week….
Boy was I glad to see tarmac…..
I rode a 2:05 loop Friday….
Bloody excellent for me that…..
The holy grail is sub 2…..
5 minutes for the wind and 5 minutes for the 2 stone of excess lard….
Sort them and we’ve cracked it cock….
By the way, if that was you coming in the other direction who gave me a ‘Go on lad’ roar as I came stomping up the Bolton sailing club bit in the middle of the road then you are a fookin legend my son…..
Here is how training went this week….
Tuesday….40min trail run
Wednesday……40 min tarmac run (I know which i prefer)
Thrusday…..Off – mowed the lawn

Saturday….26 mile bike to and from work
