Rookie goes for 6 in a row @ Ironman UK Week 7/25
I’ve long said that training for Ironman is all about celebrating your little victories along the way.
Nothing wrong with that……
Unless you are me…..
1 pint and I fall off the wagon big time…..
Case in point, last week, I managed to get my weight down from 15/9 to it starting with the number 14……
Still a very long way to go on the weight loss front, but a victory all the same…..
“Think i’ll take the weekend off and enjoy myself to celebrate”…..
A week later and i’m still celebrating…..
Idiot……
Training starts again Monday…….
No excuses….
