A very Busy few weeks ahead!

I got a very busy 4 consecutive weeks ahead!

I got the North West triathlon on Sunday in Cheshire, the Great Gorilla Run in London on the 17th, run Preston on the 25th and then the little matter of the Chester marathon on the 2nd October!
